This week I was lucky enough to photograph two beautiful senior girls. This is Brea… I shot her brother’s wedding photos earlier this summer, so it was fun to see her again. Here are some of my favorite shots of Brea… and her cute little dog too!

This couple got lucky with the Minnesota weather this year. The weather was cool, but the evening ended with a gorgeous sunset! The golf course in Lake Elmo, had the most breath taking views. Here are a few images from Suzie and Luke’s wedding.

Look at this cutie little boy! This is my new fun pose, at least for the next few months. Babies look so adorable on this setee. I photographed this little guy’s parent’s wedding last year, and now I get to watch him, and his family grow. Gotta love it!

Ok, all of you engaged couples, I now have a photo in a magazine! It’s out on stands now! It’s The Knot Minnesota Fall/Winter magazine. Collages.net my printing lab asked if they could use one of my photos for an ad in The Knot magazine. They said they chose the top 10 wedding photographers in Minnesota! I’m so excited! So, don’t forget to pick one up, I’m on page 23;)

It’s time to revamp Candice Brumm Photography. I’m starting with a new logo, brochures, and cards. I also painted my studio, and started putting up larger prints so you can really see the detail in the portraits I take. I’m also adding new products, and a great new referral program. I’m really excited! Stay tuned, more news to follow!

Wow, talk about a great location! Stacie and Steve had their wedding ceremony and reception at International Market Square in Minneapolis. This was my first time there for a wedding, and it was picturesque! I love that we were able to go up onto the top floors to get some great aerial shots of the ceremony. Every photographer loves a great location to photograph! That’s why I was also happy when we went to the Stone Arch Bridge for some fun candid shots too! What a gorgeous wedding!!

I took some really fun engagement photos the other day. I had seen something like this before, and today was the perfect day to try it. I think it really looks like their floating on clouds! (Isn’t that how love feels anyway?)

Well, my family and I just got back from a much needed 2 week vacation. We went to Tybee Island, south of Savannah, Georgia. It’s so beautiful there. It’s hotter and stickier than MN, but when you’re on the beach you don’t even notice the heat.
I took some amazing images of my girls and my nieces in the cutest little tutu skirts on the beach. I just have to share those with everyone. It was so fun! I had people coming up to us, and wanting to take their own photos of the girls on the beach!
Besides playing in the water, we also took a carriage tour through Savannah. I love the history, and took some photos of course of our journey there. We also went to this great cemetary. Remember the movie, “Midnight In The Garden Of Good And Evil”? That’s the cemetary where the movie took place. We also saw the bench that “Forest” of “Forest Gump” sat when he ate his box of chocolates.
Anyway, we had lots of fun, so take a look at my slideshow and see for yourself. I’ll be playing catch up with my photo shoots and wedding images!
